Captain Jeff Winters is a seasoned fishing professional with a lifelong passion for the waters of West Palm Beach. With over 26 years of guiding experience, he has developed an in-depth understanding of local fish species, tides, and conditions that ensures every angler has a memorable day on the water. Known for his friendly and approachable demeanor, Captain Jeff provides guidance that makes even novice anglers feel confident, while seasoned anglers benefit from his extensive knowledge of techniques and local fishing spots.

A true Florida native, Captain Jeff grew up in North Palm Beach learning the art of fishing from his father aboard their 48-foot Hatteras. Over the years, he has passed on that knowledge to his sons, maintaining a proud family tradition. From Palm Beach to the Bahamas, he has logged over 40 years of fishing experience, earning a reputation for his dedication and professionalism. Anglers affectionately call him "5 More Minutes" because he ensures every trip stays on the water until the goal is achieved.

The Boat

The Glass Action Charters experience takes place aboard a 34-foot 2018 Venture center console, powered by twin 300HP Yamaha engines. Spacious and well-equipped, the boat accommodates up to six passengers comfortably, providing ample room for fishing or cruising. Its powerful engines and stable design allow for smooth offshore and inshore navigation, making it ideal for all types of trips, from chasing trophy fish to relaxing on the water with family and friends.
